Sourire Hotel - Rome

Loved the cozy atmosphere at Sourire! The staff was like family. They were so helpful, especially when I needed suggestions for dining and transportation. Room had a small balcony, a nice touch, but it was definitely snug. The breakfast buffet surprised me with variety, especially the fresh pastries and squeezed orange juice! They also offered great local dining options. The room size was a bit smaller than expected and I noticed a few weak points like the water pressure in the shower. A kettle in the room would've been nice too. A lovely stay, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience further.

the hotel was located in a peaceful place, close to a tube station. the single room was appropriate, comfy bed. the staff was really helpful and very attentive, some of the best in rome.

The breakfast spread was a culinary delight-fresh pastries and even fresh-squeezed orange juice served upon request! Staff went all out. We loved that the location was just a 10-minute stroll to the Colosseum.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Cramped quarters with the toilet awkwardly jammed next to the radiator. No full-length mirror and limited plug points near the mirror caused a bit of a hassle. The safe felt a tad inadequate for securing valuables since you had to hand over the key.

I have stayed in a triple room with central heating, TV set and a mini fridge bar. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! It has particularly good location, really close to the most beautiful districts and the circo massimo metro.

We had a wonderful stay during the 5 nights of stay.

Our room was big, provided with comfy beds and classic decor & balcony, for example. The staff was affable and very attentive.

Personal service made us feel like family.

We were genuinely touched by how the staff went out of their way to prepare a late-night meal after a long day, showcasing their really good hospitality. The continental breakfast's variety exceeded our expectations, especially the fresh fruit.

The location was a huge bonus, as we explored nearby parks and gardens. The staff seemed like family.

In my wife's opinion, a kettle in the room would be great.

The location was perfect! Just a 10min walk from the colosseum and the staff were nice, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was very good, and we loved that they provided bottles of water to take out with us for the day, a lifesaver in the heat!

It wasn't cheap, but considering the overall experience, it was acceptable.

The location was awesome for walking around. Really close to classics like the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. The staff were super friendly and let us stash our bags before check-in, a lifesaver! Breakfast had good options, but the dining area could be a bit cramped during rush hour. Would've liked a kettle in the room, too.

Sourire exceeded my expectations during this stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the colosseum. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection that kept us fueled for our adventures.
